Famous Soo Locks Boat Tours is conveniently located next to the Valley Camp and within walking distance to the Tower of History. For customers, free day parking for cars and RVs and kennels are available.

Option 1:

When traveling north to Sault Ste. Marie, take exit #394 off I-75 North, turn left at stop sign, then right at four-way stop.

Follow Portage Avenue for 1.5 miles by the Soo Locks. Proceed through two stop lights for .07 miles past the Tower of History. At the third stoplight, you’ll see the Valley Camp to the left and Famous Soo Locks Cruises on the left just before the historic hydroelectric power plant. (Total miles on Portage Avenue. 2.2)

Option 2:

To go through downtown Sault Ste. Marie, take exit #394 and turn right at stop sign, follow Easterday Avenue through two stoplights and at third stoplight, turn left on Ashmun.

Follow Ashmun through two stoplights and at third stoplight, turn right on Portage Avenue. Follow Portage for .05 miles past the Tower of History and at next stoplight, you’ll see the Valley Camp to the left and Famous Soo Locks Cruises on the left just before the historic hydroelectric power plant.
